for the CampSecure™ app

1. Purpose of the app

CampSecure™ is a software-based alarm and monitoring solution to detect suspicious events and send email notifications – e.g. in motorhomes, caravans, boats or holiday homes. The App helps you monitor your property and supplements existing security measures. You remain responsible for securing vehicles, buildings and other property.

2. Use on your own property only

You may only use the app where you are authorised to monitor – e.g. your own motorhome, caravan, boat, holiday home, garage or a pitch you are allowed to use.

3. No covert surveillance of third parties

CampSecure™ uses the device camera, microphone and location. You must not covertly monitor people or capture areas you are not allowed to monitor, such as:

  • neighbours or other campers on a pitch
  • public paths or other people’s property
  • shared areas without the consent of those involved

Mount the alarm phone so it mainly covers your own interior space. Inform co-users, guests or travel companions when monitoring is active.

4. Privacy for camera, microphone and GPS

Alarm content (photos, location, audio analysis) is processed locally on your device. Data is only sent if you configure email notifications – and only to recipients you specify.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • lawful use of the app and device features
  • granting required Android permissions
  • informing people who enter the monitored area
  • compliance with applicable laws (privacy, property rights, image/audio rights)
  • power supply, internet connection and reliable background operation

6. No guarantee of protection or alert delivery

No security or monitoring system can prevent theft, break-in or other damage in all circumstances. As with any technical solution, power supply, mobile signal, internet connection or device settings may affect operation. CampSecure™ supports monitoring and informing you – no guarantee can be given for the detection, triggering or delivery of every individual alarm. 7. Purchase and subscription via Google Play

CampSecure™ is sold exclusively through Google Play. Purchase, subscription, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play. The Google Play terms of service and our terms of use also apply.
